"Not sure I’d recommend it"
I thought the idea was really cute, and I was excited when I placed the order. It seemed like it would be something fun and personal, so I was looking forward to seeing how it turned out.
Unfortunately, it took longer than I expected to arrive, and when I finally saw the finished picture, it was just kind of okay. Not awful or anything, but the likeness felt a bit off and it didn’t really live up to what I had pictured in my head.
I don’t think I’d recommend it to friends unless they were going in with low expectations. I wanted to love it, which made it even more disappointing in the end.

"Kinda not worth the price"
I was expecting a bit more for what I paid. It’s not terrible, but it feels way too expensive for what you actually get. Probaby wouldn’t buy it again
"Refund came through, but the process felt too impersonal"
I did eventually get my refund, but it took a few days longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t really any human contact along the way, so I was just waiting around without knowing what was going on.

"Got fixed eventually... but took a while!!!"
I had an issue with my order at first, and it was frustrating!! The picture didn’t look right, so I had to reach out to support. To be fair, they did get back to me and they did fix it in the end, which I appreciate!!! But it took longer than I was expecting... The final result was okay, just not amazing. I’m giving 3 stars because they handled the problem, but I really wish the whole process had been smoother!!!

"Didn't really hit the mark"
The recipient wasn’t too thrilled with it. It just looked kind of off, and you know how these things always seem to look better in the pictures than they do in real life.

"Didn't really look like my dog"
I wanted to love it , but the face just looked a little off and didn’t really feel like my dog . For the price , I don’t think it was worth it .

"I really wish the shipping had been better"
I regret ordering because the shipping experience was such a mess. I waited for weeks and barely got any real updates, so I was just left wondering what was going on the whole time.

I first sent in my requested fixes earlier in the week, thinking it would be a quick turnaround, but the revisions ended up taking much longer than I expected. Even after waiting a few more days, the final changes still didn’t feel quite right to me. By the time everything came back, I was a bit frustrated because it still felt like the issues hadn’t really been resolved.

The proofing process took way longer than I expected, and even after waiting, some of the changes still came back wrong. It was frustrating and just didn’t feel worth the money in the end.

"Showed up damaged because of the packaging"
The packaging was disappointing. It came in this thin box with barely any padding inside, so by the time I opened it, the corners were crushed and the whole thing looked a bit bent.
I just expected more for the price. I’ve ordered cheaper stuff that was packed better than... well, this. Kind of frustrating to be excited to open something and have it already look messed up.

"Checkout was a total headache"
I tried placing an order, but the website kept glitching right at checkout (of course, the worst possible time). It had me enter my details twice, and even after all that, I still didn’t get a clear confirmation email. Frustrating experience overall.

"Took a little while to hear back"
It was fine overall, honestly. The only thing is, the reply was kinda slow. I had to wait longer than I thought I would just to get a simple answer. Not a bad experience or anything, I just wish they got back to me a bit quicker.

I was expecting way more options, so I was a little surprised by how limited the customization felt. Like, that’s it?! It just didn’t give me enough choices to really make it feel like mine.

"The art style just wasn’t my taste"
I wasn’t really into the artwork style. Compared to other pet portraits I’ve bought or seen, this one felt a little too cartoonish and flat for me. It also didn’t capture my dog’s face as closely as I was hoping based on the photos. I can see how some people might like this kind of look, but personally it just wasn’t what I expected.

I was going through the order thinking I had a good idea of the total, but then extra costs popped up right at checkout. That’s really frustrating and feels a bit careless, like no one bothered to make the pricing clear upfront. Not a great experience
"Delivery took longer than I hoped"
Delivery was just kind of okay for me — I was expecting it to show up a little sooner, but it ended up taking longer than I thought. The tracking also didn’t really update for a few days — which made it a bit frustrating to know what was going on.
It did arrive eventually, and the package itself was totally fine, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. Just not the smoothest either. If shipping had been faster, or at least a bit clearer, I’d probably rate it higher.

"Didn't really look like my dog"
I was actually disappointed with how the portrait turned out. It barely looked like the photo I sent in, the face shape was off and the markings didn’t match well, so it just didn’t feel like my dog.

"Not exactly the masterpiece I hoped for"
I ordered from mypoochface.com thinking it would be a fun little purchase, but somehow it turned into one of those “why did I spend money on this?” experiences. The whole thing felt more frustrating than it needed to be, which is always nice when you’re just trying to buy something cute of your dog.
Maybe some people get lucky and end up thrilled, but I definitely wasn’t one of them. I wouldn’t order again, i wish I’d done the revolutionary thing and read more reviews before handing over my money...
